SALLY’s yoga classes incorporate elements from several yoga styles to create easy to remember, flowing routines for everyone, men and women, young and old, beginner and experienced.

The movements and postures work to enhance your MIND, your BODY and your SPIRIT, improving strength and flexibility, focus and concentration and bringing calm and deep relaxation.

I believe that Yoga is for Everyone – men, women, young, old, beginner, experienced.

Yoga will focus and calm your MIND, energise your BODY and refresh and uplift your SPIRIT.

I am British School of Yoga trained and have practised Yoga my whole adult life, with established classes, workshops and retreats spanning many years.

My classes include elements of all styles of Yoga – Vinyasa, Sivananda and general Hatha yoga all play a part but combined in a very unique way.  Classes follow a pattern week to week, but always with something fresh and new – so all my students will learn and progress quickly.  I aim to take the mystery out of Yoga.

Yoga is a very special practice, a way of thinking about yourself.
It can become a way of life for you, or something you use to give yourself a little time to switch off and relax.
